本发明公开了种三相对称的MMC模块电容电压自均衡的拓扑。半桥型MMC拓扑由相内模块电容自电路和相间辅助回路构成。相间自均压电路由6(N-1)个箝位二极管构成,模块投切工作时,模块电容不平衡电压自动从第i个模块向i-1个模块流动其中i的取值为2~N-1。相间辅助回路由6个辅助电容,6个辅助IGBT和9个辅助二极管构成,每相上桥臂第个模块和每相下桥臂最后个模块分别经相间辅助回路构成两个三角形,实现相间能量自由流通。该拓扑,实现了相内、相间的能量自均衡;所有模块均采用相同的子模块,保持了模块的致性;两端的相间辅助回路构成三角形,保持三相拓扑的对称性。 The invention discloses...
