Summary:The invention discloses a recycling method of polyethylene in superfine fiber preparation. The recycling method includes: taking part of solid waste from superfine fiber production to be crushed and soaked in hydrochloric acid; extracting pretreated solid bodies with composite organic solvent, and meanwhile performing extraction by adding part of assistant; adding remaining solid bodies after extracted in a toluene solution and then heating till the solid bodies are fully dissolved by controlling the temperature; placing an adsorption column loaded with XDA (m-xylenediamine)-1 macroreticular resin in a constant-temperature oven, and cooling through the adsorption column to separate out high-purity polyethylene. 本发明公开了种超细纤维制备中聚乙烯的回收再利用方法,取部分超细纤维生产中的固体废弃物进行粉碎,用的盐酸进行浸泡;将预处理后的固体用复合有机溶剂进行提取,同时加入部分助剂,提取;提取后的剩余固体加入甲苯溶液中,然后控制温度加热至固体全部溶解;将装有XDA-1大孔吸附树脂的吸附柱置于恒温箱中,通过该吸附柱,冷却,即有高纯度聚乙烯析出。
