The invention discloses a dual-axis excitation turbonator rotor winding structure having three sets of symmetric windings on a rotor. According to the structure, grooves are formed n the surface of a rotor uniformly and windings are placed in the grooves. The rotor has a two-pole cylindrical structure. Three sets of windings that are distributed uniformly and symmetrically are arranged in the rotor grooves; and spatial differences between the axes of the three sets of windings are 120 degrees. The three sets of windings are led out by six slip rings and corresponding carbon brushes. When the two sets of windings of the dual-axis excitation turbonator exert excitation currents, the third set of windings is set to be in a short circuit mode and is used as damping windings.
