The technical process is easy to operate, the product and the catalyst can be separated conveniently after reaction, the catalyst can be recycled, no wastewater is generated, and the method of preparing 2-(4-ethylbenzoyl)benzoic acid is environmentally friendly. 种2-(4'-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸的合成方法属于合成化学工程技术领域,涉及催化剂的制备和2-(4'-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸的制备。本发明以邻苯二甲酸酐和乙基苯为原料,以氯苯或二氯甲烷为溶剂,以硅胶负载CHPWO为催化剂,在定条件反应制得2-(4'-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸。本发明工艺过程操作简单,反应后产物与催化剂可方便地分离,并可循环使用,不产生任何废水,是种绿色化制备2-(4'-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸的方法。
