The method comprises the steps of pre-drying rhizoma dioscoreae at a shady and ventilating place first, then conducting stir-frying drying with a drying compound formed by mixing of clean river sand, calcium chloride and cobblestone powder, conducting moisture regain treatment to promote redistribution of moisture and free nutritional ingredients, and finally conducting vacuum drying and paving attapulgite in a vacuum box. According to the method, fresh rhizoma dioscoreae is not sliced, so that the integrity and quality of medicine are maintained; compared with vacuum freeze drying, drying speed is higher, dewatering effect is better and power consumption is much lower by the adoption of stir-frying drying; furthermore, the method can be used for large-scale drying production. 本发明公开了种山药的干燥方法,先将山药置于阴凉通风处进行预干处理,再采用由干净河沙、氯化钙和鹅卵石粉混合成的干燥复合物进行拌炒干燥,然后再进行回潮处理,促使水分及游离营养成分重新分布,最后进行真空干燥,并在真空箱内铺有凹凸棒土。该方法不对鲜山药切片处理,保持药材的完整性及品质,采用拌炒干燥相比真空冷冻干燥,干燥速度更快,除水效果更好,功耗相对明显降低
