The invention discloses a combined cooling, heating and power system based on biomass energy and solar heat energy. The system comprises a biomass preheater, a biomass disintegrator, a fixed bed gasifier, a cyclone separation dust remover, a first heat exchanger, a condenser, a water pump, a trough type solar heat collector, a tower type heliostat field, an internal combustion engine generator set, a smoke steam type absorption unit, a second heat exchanger and a solid absorption type dehumidification unit. The solar energy and the biomass energy are comprehensively utilized, and the two kinds of energy complement advantages of each other by means of deep coupling integration of the solar heat energy and the biomass energy.
