The invention relates to a method for culturing aerobic granular sludge through high-concentration medicine wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: inoculating activated sludge to an SBR, and adding zeolite powder; pumping wastewater to be treated into the above reactor, aerating through using an aeration device laid at the bottom of the reactor to fully mix and react sludge with water; and stopping aeration, regularly standing the reactor for precipitating in order to realize sludge-water separation, and discharging a certain amount of water from the water outlet of the reactor. Above steps are repeatedly periodically carried out. The aerobic granular sludge is culture by using the medicine wastewater through the culture method, so the cultured aerobic granular sludge has high activity and high impact resistance, can bear high-concentration organic load, can be directly used in treatment of the high-concentration medicine wastewater, and enlarges the application range of the aerobic granular sl
