四氧化三钴纳米线/还原氧化石墨烯水凝胶复合材料及其制备和应用
本发明提供了种能够应用于超级电容器的四氧化三钴纳米线/还原氧化石墨烯水凝胶(CoO/rGH)复合电极材料,属于复合电极材料技术领域。本发明以还原氧化石墨烯水凝胶的片层骨架作为导电基质,将四氧化三钴纳米线通过水热反应生长在石墨烯纳米片的表面,使四氧化三钴纳米线与还原氧化石墨烯水凝胶片层网络结构构筑成由线/片组成的具有多级微孔结构的复合材料,从而改善其电化学性能,并具有较好的比电容和循环稳定性。另外,本发明原料廉价易得,污染小等特点,制备过程简单、工艺稳定、易于操作,作为超级电容器电极材料符合商业化的基本要求。 The invention provides a cobaltosic oxide n...
