超级电容器复合电极材料的制备方法

本发明公开了种超级电容器复合电极材料的制备方法,属于电容器电极材料的制备方法。其方法是以SnCl.nHO和RuCl.nHO为前驱体,纳米TiO为掺杂介质;通过湿法球磨工艺、细胞破碎超声法使纳米TiO高度分散于乙醇中形成悬浊液,将该悬浊液与SnCl.nHO、RuCl.nHO、去离子水混合,加入NHHCO溶液直到完全反应后静置7~8h,将沉淀物烧结后随炉冷却至室温,得纳米级SnO/RuO复合物,将该复合物、PVDF、碳黑按比例混合、研磨,滴加氮钾基吡吡烙烷酮配制成浆料,将该浆料涂刷在经等离子修饰基体上形成薄膜,真空干燥即得电极材料。本发明方法制备的复合电极材料具有比电容大、等效串联电阻小、稳定性、...
