| Summary: | The invention discloses an intelligent scheduling algorithm for steelmaking. The algorithm is produced based on process restriction conditions and rules of a steelmaking site, a process priority and scheduling experience of experts, and mainly comprises the following steps: a. performing arrangement to generate a job task under the guidance of a steelmaking production job plan of an enterprise; b. selecting a transportation tool, and selecting a trolley or a crown block as an execution tool of the task according to different transportation routes and process conditions; c. according to the production process conditions and restrictions, determining a task priority sequence; d. selecting a container; e. selecting a station; f. selecting the crown block; g. performing anti-collision design of the crown block; and h. optimizing a moving path of the crown block. The algorithm can be used for supporting the operation of a corresponding steelmaking production management and scheduling system, and the plan arrangement capability and the prediction capability provided by the algorithm can provide effective assistance for production operators, so that the production cost of steel enterprises is reduced, the power consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. |
