种基于季铵化聚乙烯醇类全互穿膜的制备方法及其应用
本发明涉及种基于季铵化聚乙烯醇类全互穿膜的制备方法,将季铵化聚乙烯醇溶解于去离子水中,将Gemini表面活性剂与丙烯酰胺单体用去离子水解后,加入到季铵化聚乙烯醇溶液中;然后加入过硫酸钾,70-90C条件下回流反应,然后超声波处理;再加入戊二醛,机械搅拌后超声波处理,将溶液倒在水平玻璃板上,蒸发溶剂成阴离子交换膜。本发明在复合膜中引入带正电的表面活性剂,有利于提高膜表面的吸附活性位点,从而提高复合膜吸附量。全互穿结构的形成,有助于降低膜结构的溶胀度,并提高膜在废水处理过程中的稳定性。 The invention relates to a preparation method of a full-...
