The invention provides a comprehensive utilization method of rainwater, comprising backfill and a water well arranged in the backfill. A water inlet at the top of the water well is provided with a filtering net, a water pool is arranged at the bottom of the water well, a concrete baseplate is arranged at the bottom of the water pool, the water pool is built on the concrete baseplate by using a high-strength plastic die block, and a concrete cushion layer is arranged at the bottom of the concrete baseplate. Combined water pool and equipment device which can be quickly assembled, debugged and used on site is used for replacing various conventional reinforced concrete pool facilities constructed in deep foundation pits, operation, which is long in period, troublesome and complex in process and extremely high safety risk, like formwork erecting, rebar binding and concrete pouring, so that efficient, safe and reliable using effect is realized, and the objectives of shortening construction period, lowering cost and getting good economic effect are achieved.
