Summary: | The invention provides a cultural method of a terramycin-tolerant anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge culture. The method comprises the steps of adopting an up-flow type anaerobic sludge bed reactor, treating anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge as an inoculation source, treating model wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen as feed water, conducting culture till the reactor runs stably under the anaerobic conditions that light is sheltered, the temperature is 35+/- 1 DEG C, pH of the fed water is 8.10 +/-0.14, and the hydraulic retention time ranges from 0.8 hour to 2.5 hours, adding terramycin into the fed water in a step-by-step and segmented mode for continuing the culture, then replenishing anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge into the reactor, conducting the culture till microbial activity inside the reactor becomes two to three times biological activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge inoculated at the initial running state, and obtaining the terramycin-tolerant anaerobic ammonia oxidation granule sludge culture. The anaerobic ammonia oxidation culture obtained through the method has good potential terramycin-tolerance and is excellent in character and high in activity. |
