According to the method, based on software method voltage control, voltage magnitude and voltage phase angle are changed; each H-bridge unit superposes a voltage vector of which the direction is consistent with current direction on a modulation voltage, so that active power absorbed or released by each H-bridge unit can be changed, and therefore, adjustment results can be pure active components with identical voltage magnitudes ensured, and the adjustment effect of a system can be optimal; and a voltage instruction is changed dynamically according to the magnitude and phase information of the output current of the system, and therefore, voltage control performance of each unit is excellent.
