More Information
Summary:The invention discloses a method for preparing a SnS/SnO2 nano-photocatalysis composite material through a microwave hydrothermal method. The method includes the steps that (1) the Sn source solution A, the S source solution B and the NaSO4 solution C are prepared; (2) the solution A and the solution B are mixed in proportion to obtain a solution D, and the solution A and the solution C are mixed in proportion to obtain a solution E; (3) the solution D and the solution E are placed in a microwave hydrothermal reaction kettle, the hydrothermal reaction kettle is sealed, and a precursor is obtained through a microwave-hydrothermal reaction; (4) after the reaction kettle is naturally cooled to be at an indoor temperature, the precursor is taken out, and products SnS and SnO2 are obtained through centrifugal washing, separating and drying; (5) the products SnS and SnO2 are physically mixed in proportion, and accordingly the SnS/SnO2 nano-photocatalysis composite material is obtained. The particle size of the material ranges from about several nanometers to dozens of nanometers. The composite material is high in purity, high in crystallinity and uniform in morphological structure. The composite material is applied to organic dye degradation and has excellent photocatalytic degradation performance.
