Summary:The invention relates to a method for efficiently extracting triptolide and tripdiolide with ionic liquid. The method comprises the following steps: 1) ultrasonic enhancement extraction, 2) organic solvent extraction: reextracting to obtain triptolide and tripdiolide extraction phases with trichloromethane after degreasing with petroleum ether, 3) HSCCC (High Speed Counter Current Chromatography) separation and purification: selecting an HSCCC solvent system, taking ionic liquid II as a mobile phase additive, obtaining triptolide and tripdiolide solutions through HSCCC separation and purification, and 4) carrying out vacuum freeze drying, wherein an extract is alcohol, water and imidazole mixed ionic liquid I at a volume ratio of 1:(0.1-2.0):(0.5-2.0); the ultrasonic treatment power density is 10-200W/cm2; and the frequency is 10-100kHz. The method greatly reduces the use of an organic solvent, significantly reduces contamination and harm in an extraction process, and improves an extraction effect and extraction efficiency; in addition, the ionic liquid can greatly shorten separation time of HSCCC; and the purity of obtained triptolide and tripdiolide is greater than 95%.
