Summary: | The invention discloses a low-shrinkage plastic concrete for high-speed rail bed damaged area backfilling, and a preparation method thereof. The low-shrinkage plastic concrete comprises cement, aggregate, fly ash, bentonite, an expanding agent, a water reducer and an early strengthening agent according to a certain ratio. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing sand, fly ash, cement, bentonite, the expanding agent, the water reducer and the early strengthening agent in proportion, wherein the total mass of all additives not exceed 5%; 2, mixing the raw materials in step 1, and uniformly stirring; and 3, weighing water in proportion, and pouring into the above obtained mixture while stirring to obtain the concrete with uniform dissolvability. The micro-shrinkage plastic concrete has the advantages of reasonable formula, use convenience, similar mechanical performances to those of high-speed rail bed, low shrinkage, strong cementing ability with drill hole walls, and good fluidity. The method has the advantages of easy implementation, simple operation, no need of a large machine, and suitableness for any field. |
