The invention relates to a real-time automatically back-flushing control system of a denitrification filter pool and a running method. The system comprises an online water turbidity sensor, a nitrate sensor, a turbidity tester and a nitrate tester, and further comprises a process controller and an industrial personal computer. The online water turbidity sensor, the nitrate sensor, the turbidity tester and the nitrate tester are arranged in the denitrification filter pool.
