Summary:The relevance of the presented experimental work is due to the modern requirements of state educational standards and employers to the level of graduates’ cultural and professional competences development. Literary review has revealed the most important characteristics of the graduate, which can be defined as the communicative-adaptive competence. Thus, modern education and vocational training are faced with the task of finding pedagogical technologies with the greatest effect on the formation of communicative-adaptive competence. The aim of this work is the experimental assessment of level of formation of communicative-adaptive competence in the application of case-technology and innovations in training. Pedagogical observation, questioning, testing and standard methods of educational research have been applied. The result of the experimental work established the level of effectiveness of innovative technologies application in students’ communicative-adaptive competence formation.
