Summary:Purpose of the study. Is to identify the psycho-emotional condition of children with cochlear disorders. The subject of the study is psycho-emotionalcondition.The object of study children with cochlear disorders. Method and methodology of the work. The research is based on phenomenological, cognitive and activity approaches, as well as the principle of historical and philosophical reconstruction. Results. The results of the study are that the authors identify psycho-emotional condition of children with cochlear violation that is characterized by reduced background mood, a predominance of negative emotional state with a pronounced fear. There is a tendency to a negative perception of their environment, lack of skills for constructive interaction with the environment, as well as fear of rejection, not to be subjected toalien aggression. Scope of results. The results of the study can be used in the development of an individual psychological and pedagogical support program for a child with a cochlear disorder, and can also be used by specialists in working with parents of children with a cochlear disorder.
