Summary:The paper deals with the describing a zone of syncretism between two grammamas of the formal-syntactic predicate category – a double-predicate and a complex noun predicate. This zone includes verbs, which can be as a complete component in a structure of a double-predicate so a copula in a structure of complex noun predicate. These are the verbs with the semantic of standing, change of standing, position and movement. The connection of the double-predicate’s transition to the complex noun predicate’s sphere with the semantic shifting is cleared up. The background of the shifting may be in the semantic structure of these verbs as one of their lexical meaning and also it may be stimulated because of the distributive factors. These verbs’ meanings, that are close to copula бути, are characterized. These verbs’ capacity of transition to a copula depends on the grammatical category of aspect. Lexical expression of a subject, lexical-grammatical particularity of a pre-verb component and semantic of adverbial members of a sentence are distributive factors, that stimulate the the double-predicate’s transition to the complex noun predicate’s sphere. There is double-predicative syntactic connection in the sentences with a double-predicate, because a subject connects with the both components of a predicate. There is single predicative syntactic connection in the sentences with a complex noun predicate, because a copula and an adjective or its equivalent function as the only component, whereas a copula is a syntactic analytical morpheme.
