Summary:This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with intertrochanteric fracture combined with pressure injuries in the left buttocks. Effective treatment plan was made based on the nursing evaluation of stage of pressure injuries. Wound dressing material and dressing change methods were carefully considered according to the different phases of wound healing. Targeted nursing interventions were carried out to improve the wound healing of the patient with pressure injuries. (本文总结1例股骨粗隆间骨折合并左臀部压力性损伤的护理经验。正确评估压力性损伤的等级, 给予有效的治疗措施, 并根据患者创面的变化, 选取适合的换药方式, 应用正确的创面敷料, 有针对性地进行护理干预, 有助于促进压力性损伤的愈合。)
