Summary:Radiation dermatitis is the most common complication of radiation therapy. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy. The Traditional Chinese Medicine wet compress and related nursing interventions were carried out to inhibit exudation, reduce swelling and pain, control infection and promote skin healing of the patient.
