This paper summarized the experience of early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECODP) using noninvasive mechanical ventilation. The patient was given early lung rehabilitation training with respiratory trainer, dumbbell, lung rehabilitation exercise, fast walking, effective cough and lip contraction breathing. The early pulmonary rehabilitation with diversified interventions may be beneficial to the recovery of respiratory function in patients with AECOPD (本文总结1例使用无创机械通气治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者早期肺康复护理经验。早期肺康复主要包括呼吸训练器、哑铃、肺康复操、快走、有效咳嗽、缩唇呼吸等, 通过多元化的肺康复锻炼, 改善患者呼吸功能, 促进患者早日康复。)
