All papers published in this volume have been reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. A total of 208 manuscripts were submitted to the conference. Three rounds of review were adopted, the first round was subject scope, scientific, technical and innovative review, and 132 articles were left after this round of review; the second round was double-expert blind review to strive for the originality, scientific and applied value of the articles, and 79 manuscripts were left in the second round. Finally, the third round was the process committee's collective decision to accept the final articles. Finally, 54 excellent articles were selected.
