Summary:An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for preparing a fermented soybean meal, which selectively or simultaneously produces fermented soybean meals for monogastric animals and ruminants. The apparatus for preparing a fermented soybean meal, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a solid-liquid separation part which mixes soybean meal raw materials with an extraction solvent, extracts the mixture, and separates and produces a soybean meal extract from a residual soybean meal; a lactobacillus culture part which adds, to the soybean meal extract, a bacterium to be inoculated to produce lactobacillus, and supplies same to the solid-liquid separation part; a solid substrate fermentation part which subjects, to solid substrate fermentation, a mixed material obtained by selectively receiving and mixing at least two of the residual soybean meal supplied from the solid-liquid separation part, the soybean meal raw materials being bypass-supplied, and the lactobacillus supplied from the lactobacillus culture part to produce a first solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal; and a dryer for drying the first solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal to produce a second solid-substrate-fermented soybean meal.
