According to the construction conditions and ship resources constrained projects, based on the process combination and research on the existing marine resources, we designed the belt boat and the anchoring system between it and trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) , which realized the secure connection between the belt boat and TSHD. TSHD with belt boat has carried on the effective combination, played their respective advantages. Based on the construction process of the two kinds of ships, we put forward a new technology, which can solve the problems in the project. Practice proves that the construction technique is feasible and the benefit is obvious.
