温阳生肌汤治疗Bureau-Barrire 综合征1例

患者男,26岁。左足穿通性巨大溃疡20个月伴溃疡周围高度堤状增厚角化性斑块,呈堤状隆起,质地坚硬。双足部出汗少,双下肢、双足痛觉及温度觉功能减退。应用自拟方温阳生肌汤治疗后效果满意。

A 26-year-old male presented with gigantic canalization skin ulcer on his left foot for 20 months.There was highly keratinize faint yellow plaque around the skin ulcer which was showed embankment-shaped apophysis and it feeled hard.There was few iaphoresis on both feet and obvious hypofunction on both lower extremities and both feet.He was cured with decoction of Wenyangshengji and win a satisfied result.
