干燥综合征合并间质性肺病临床特点分析
目的 分析原发性干燥综合征（PSS）合并间质性肺病的临床特点。方法 选取2009年1月至2016年12月风湿免疫科住院的PSS患者291例,其中合并间质性肺病（ILD）90例（ILD组）,不合并间质性肺病（非ILD组）201例。分别比较两组患者的临床表现和实验室检查。结果 与非ILD组比较,ILD组患者病程较长（t=3.080,P=0.003）,年龄偏大（t=4.703,P=0.000）;两组患者性别无统计学差异（χ^2=3.098,P=0.078）。伴有口干症状的PSS患者更易合并ILD（χ^2=4.288,P=0.038）;合并ILD的PSS患者更易出现肺动脉高压（χ^2=24.695,P...
