miR-299—3P在早期梅毒及血清固定患者外周血单核细胞中的表达及临床意义

Bibliography:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-299-3P in peripheral blood mononuclear ceils （PBMC） in early and serofast syphilis patients. Methods Blood samples were collected from 35 healthy controls and 35 patients with early syphilis and serofast syphilis at dermatology of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 . QRT-PCR was used to measure the expression levels of miR-299-3P in PBMC. The relationship of miR-299-3P with RPR titer and clinical stage were also analyzed. Results The levels of miR-299-3P in PBMC of patients with serofast syphilis were significantly higher than that with early syphilis and healthy volunteers （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of miR-299-3P was correlated with the initial RPR fixed titer （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but not clinical stage （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The higher expression of miR-299- 3P in serum may be related to the early stage of syphilis.
