Bibliography:A 43-year-old female presented with red rashes on abdomen with mild itching for more than 4 months. Phys- ical examination showed generalized erythematous macules, patches, maculopapules and papules on her up- per abdomen, part of lesions were arranged in arched or semi-circular pattern. Serological test revealed both TRUST （ 1 ： 16 ） and TPPA were positive. Histopathological examination showed a large number of lympho- cytes infiltrate with scattered plasma cells and histiocytes in the dermis. Some lymphocytes displayed atypia. In addition, a few lymphocytes infiltrate were observed in the epidermis. Therefore, the diagnosis of second- ary syphilis was established. The skin lesions were remarkably improved after treated with intramuscular in- jection of benzathine with three times.
