壳聚糖对纳米TiO_2改性锦纶织物的影响
采用水热法,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,壳聚糖为分散剂,在锦纶织物表面包覆TiO_2颗粒,并使用活性艳蓝R-X染料对锦纶织物进行染色,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、热重、差示扫描量热和分光光度计对改性效果进行表征,并测定了织物透气、拉伸和染色性能.结果表明,壳聚糖作为分散剂与钛酸四丁酯水热改性锦纶织物时,壳聚糖的用量影响最为明显,其次为分子量,而脱乙酰度影响较小.改性后的锦纶织物表面包覆有壳聚糖和锐钛矿型纳米TiO_2,织物热学性能变化不大,吸收紫外线能力和拉伸性能有所增强,透气性有所减小,K/S值有所下降,耐摩擦和刷洗色牢度较好....
