氨甲环酸联合黄光、胶原贴治疗黄褐斑48例临床观察
目的评价氨甲环酸片联合黄光和胶原贴敷料治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法163例黄褐斑患者随机分为A，B，c，D4组，A组48例口服氨甲环酸片250rag，2次／d，黄光30～40roW／cm2照射30min，照射结束即刻予胶原贴敷料外敷30min，每月1次；B组39例口服氨甲环酸片、胶原贴敷料外敷用法同A组；C组40例单纯口服氨甲环酸片用法同A组；D组36例黄光照射、胶原贴敷料外敷用法同A组。4组患者疗程均为6个月。结果治疗6个月后，A组有效率43．75％、B组有效率33．33％、C组有效率27．50％、D组有效率22．22％。A组有效率明显高于B组、C组和D组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．0...

Methods One hundred and sixty-three cases of patients with chloasma were divided into the A, B, C, D groups randomly. To group A, 48 patients were treated with tranexamic acid tablet 250mg orally, twice daily, meanwhile the collagen dressing was used immediately for 30mins after exposure to yellow light 30 - 40mW/cm2 for 30 minutes once a month.
