抗菌药物专项整治工作在某院儿科的应用及效果分析

目的：探讨抗菌药物专项整治工作在广东省惠州市惠东县人民医院儿科的应用效果。方法：2010年1—12月,该院儿科未对抗菌药物应用情况进行干预,抽取此时期患者住院病历1 821份作为对照组;2014年1—10月,该院落实抗菌药物合理应用专项整治工作,抽取此时期患者住院病历1 833份作为实验组,对两组病历的抗菌药物应用情况进行统计、分析、比较。结果：开展专项整治工作后,该院抗菌药物应用时间、方法、强度、品种均显著改善,病原学检查率明显提高,喹诺酮类药物应用率明显下降,但高价、广谱抗菌药物应用呈上升趋势。结论：专项整治工作在该院儿科具有较高的应用价值,值得在其他各科推广。...

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the efficac patients in Guangdong Huizhou Huidong County People＇s y of the rectification activity on antibiotic use in pediatric Hospital. METHODS： 1 821 inpatient medical records during January-December period of 2010 （before intervention, control group） vs. 1 833 during January-October period in 2014 （after intervention, experimental group） were statistically analyzed and compared with regard to antibiotic use. RESULTS： After carrying out special rectification activity, the antibiotic use improved remarkably with regard to time, mode, intensity and variety of administration as well as the proportion of patients receiving pathogenic test. The proportion of patients receiving quinolones was significantly reduced, yet the consumption of expensive and broad- spectrum antimicrobials was on the rise.
