高可见光活性的棒状钒酸铋/氧化石墨烯复合光催化剂的制备

通过水热法制备了棒状钒酸铋/氧化石墨烯(BiVO4/GO)复合可见光光催化剂。用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、Raman光谱和紫外–可见漫反射光谱表征了所制备的样品。在可见光(λ≥420nm)光照下光催化降解亚甲基蓝水溶液来检测样品的活性。结果表明:氧化石墨烯的加入有效地提高了BiVO4的可见光光催化活性,含1%(质量分数)的氧化石墨烯的复合光催化剂活性最好。BiVO4/GO活性增强的原因是氧化石墨烯能快速捕获并转移光生电子,有效提高BiVO4光生载流子的分离效率,从而提高其光催化活性。...

Bibliography:A rod-like BiVO4/graphene oxide(BiVO4/GO) photocatalyst was prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.The photocatalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy,respectively.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by oxidation of methyl blue(MB) under a visible-light irradiation.The results show that the visible-light photocatalytic activity of BiVO4/GO is enhanced in the presence of GO,the photoactivity of BiVO4/GO with GO of 1%(in mass) was greater than that of other samples.The enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity of BiVO4/GO was attributed to the synergetic effect of strongly visible-light absorption of BiVO4and highly electronic captureablity of graphene oxide.
