Summary:Osteoarthritis （OA） of knee joint is a common chronic joint disease in community. It is seen in middle-aged and old people generally. In clinic, a great deal of attention is paid because of its serious pain and motor impairment of knee joint. These symptoms become the important factors affecting the survival quality of the middle-aged and old people. The authors adopted the needling method of Canggui tanxue （needling manipulation for promoting qi） to treat 57 cases of the disease in Community Health Service Center. The report is as follows.
