| Summary: | Taking the electronic speed control system of single cylinder diesel engine for generator set as the research object, with the increasing complexity of the control system and the improvement of the speed control performance, the control effect of traditional PID control in the speed control system is slightly insufficient. Therefore, based on the CPO optimization algorithm to optimize the traditional PID control, this design proposes a CPO-PID control algorithm to optimize the parameters of the speed control system. In MATLAB/ Simulink environment, the process of starting and suddenly adding and unloading step disturbance of the speed control system is simulated, and the speed control effect under different control algorithms is observed. The results show that, compared with traditional PID control, the CPO-PID control system can reach the expected value quickly and stably, and has small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability. The speed control performance has been significantly improved. |
