考虑粗糙度的复合微织构轴承动力特性分析

Abstract_FL In order to improve the dynamic performance of the rotating friction pair of journal bearing and opti-mize the bearing structure,the calculation model for dynamic characteristics of bearing rotor system is estab-lished considering the factors of surface roughness and composite micro texture.The stability of compound mi-cro textured journal bearing considering surface roughness is studied theoretically.For circular compound rectan-gular micro textured journal bearing,the oil film pressure and critical velocity of bearing at different roughness are calculated,the stiffness coefficient,damping coefficient and critical speed at different compound micro tex-tured depths are analyzed.The theoretical research shows that composite textured bearing can obtain greater critical speed,ensuring the better stability of bearing.The stability of compound micro textured journal bearing first increases and then decreases with the increase of texture depth,and the stability is the best when the dimen-sionless depth of circular and rectangular texture is 0.2 and 0.3 respectively.In addition,when the root mean square deviation is 0.209 pm,the composite micro texture bearing considering roughness has better stability compared with ignoring surface roughness,but the optimal textured depth reduces.
