常规喷丸和微粒喷丸工艺对42CrMo钢表面性能的影响

TG178; 为了研究常规喷丸和微粒喷丸2种工艺对42CrMo钢表面性能的影响,利用ABAQUS软件通过正交试验确定了这2种工艺对材料表面粗糙度和残余压应力层深的主次影响因素.根据正交试验的分析结果,开展了一定的实际试验验证.考虑微粒喷丸和常规喷丸的特点,针对喷丸覆盖率单因素研究了 2种工艺对42CrMo钢残余应力、表面粗糙度和等效塑性应变的影响.结果表明:微粒喷丸在相同覆盖率条件下能够获得更大的残余压应力、更低的表面粗糙度和更高的等效塑性应变,但强化层深度稍浅.残余压应力的提高有助于提高材料的耐磨损和抗疲劳性能,而较低的表面粗糙度有助于降低裂纹的萌生,更高的等效塑性应变可以进一步细化晶粒,同...

Abstract_FL To investigate the effects of conventional shot peening and micro-particle shot peening on the surface properties of 42CrMo steel,ABAQUS software was employed to identify the primary and secondary influencing factors of these two processes on material surface roughness and the depth of the residual stress layer through orthogonal experiments.Based on the analysis results of the orthogonal experiments,practical experiments were conducted for validation.Considering the characteristics of micro-particle shot peening and conventional shot peening,a sin-gle-factor study of the shot peening coverage rate was carried out to examine the impact of these two processes on the residual stress,surface roughness and equivalent plastic strain of 42CrMo steel.Results showed that under the same coverage rate condition,micro-particle shot pee-ning yielded higher residual compressive stress,lower surface roughness and higher equivalent plastic strain compared to conventional shot pee-ning,accompanied by a slightly shallower strengthening layer.The increase in residual compressive stress contributed to improving wear resist-ance and fatigue performance of the material,while the lower surface roughness contributed to restraining crack initiation.Higher equivalent plastic strain could further refine grains and promote the generation of residual compressive stress.These advantages suggested the broad pros-pects of micro-particle shot peening in the surface strengthening of mechanical components.
