Summary:The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made various educational institutions think hard to continue learning, even though it must be done online. Online/e-learning education is a learning system that utilizes internet and intranet networks in the process of delivering teaching materials, quizzes or exams. Online learning can be done on various platforms, including google classroom, schology, quizizz, whatsapp application, youtube and others. This study will evaluate the level of user satisfaction, information quality and service quality in supporting the continuity of online learning. The instrument that will be used in this research is an assessment with a linkert scale of 5 and processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study will later measure the level of influence of each of the construct variables that exist in the D&M and UTAUT integration models.
