Summary: | Since BIM software cannot be detected for clashes in consideration of constructability, experts visually check and review each time. To improve these points, this research has been conducted, such as defining clash with space and modeling it, but there is no classification data on actual clash, making it difficult to select the research direction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide data on what clash practitioners should look for more closely and to inform researchers what clash they should do more to study. This study defined MEP clash types by interviewing one CM company and two MEP designers to organize considerations for the production of MEP clash classification tables and extract clash data from clash review reports. Through the defined clash type, the clash in the clash review report was classified and the distribution was confirmed. As a result of confirming the distribution, the types of clash that directly collide between members and the types of clash that members invade the space for users were the most common. also, it was derived that the field that causes the most clash is the field of machinery.
