COVID-19 언택트 시대의 보건계열 대학생 실습교육 만족도, 대학생활 적응 및 취업 불안감 관계

본 연구는 COVID-19로 인한 언택트 시대의 대학생의 실습교육 특성을 확인하고 보건계열 대학생의 실습교육 만족도, 대학생활 적응, 취업에 대한 불안감 간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 탐색적 횡단적 조사연구이다. COVID-19 팬데믹 이후 대학교에서 실습(실기)교육을 1학기 이상 받는 경험이 있는 보건의료계열 학생 526명을 대상으로 하였다. 실습교육 만족도와 대학생활 적응도는 대체실습 만족도, 대체실습 몰입도, 대체실습의 교육목적 달성도, 대체실습의 적절성 인식에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 취업 불안감은 실습유형, 대체실습으로 인한 성적 불안감, 대체실습으로 인한 향후 진로 불안감, 대체실습으로 인한 학업 스트레스에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 실습교육 만족도와 대학생활 적응도의 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 대학생활 적응도와 취업 불안감의 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 언택트 시대의 실습교육에서 보건의료계열 전공교과목의 학생들의 역량강화를 위하여 대체실습의 중요성을 재확인할 수 있었으며, 실습교육 만족도, 대학생활 적응도 및 취업 불안감에 영향을 미치는 결과를 통하여 학습자 수준과 요구를 고려한 학습자 중심의 다양한 대체실습 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요함을 확인하였다. This study uses exploratory cross-sectional research to investigate the practical education status of college students in the COVID-19 untact era and to investigate the relationship between health-related college students’ satisfaction in practical education, college life adaptation and job anxiety. Method: After the COVID-19 outbreak, the study targeted 526 and medical students who had received practical (practical) education for at least one semester at a university. Results: Satisfaction with practice and adaptability to college life showed significant differences according to satisfaction to satisfaction with alternative practice, immersion in alternative practice, achievement of educational purpose of alternative practice, and perception of the appropriateness of alternative practice. There were significant differences in job anxiety according to the type of practice, grade anxiety due to substitution practice, future career anxiety due to substitution practice, and academic stress caused by substitution practice. There was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction with practice and adaptability to college life, and a significant negative correlation between adaptability to college life and job-seeking anxiety. Conclusion: The study reconfirmed the importance of clinical alternative practice for strengthening the competency of students majoring in health and medical subjects in the era of untact; and learner-centered considering the learner’s level and needs through the results that affect practical satisfaction, college life adaptation, and job anxiety. the results confirmed that it is necessary to develop and apply various alternative practice programs.
