진로 구성 이론에 기반을 둔 진로교육 MOOC 강좌 개발 · 운영 사례 연구

본 연구는 MOOC에 기반을 둔 진로교육 강좌 개발을 위한 설계·개발 전략을 도출하고, 개발 ·운영한 후 학습자들의 학습경험을 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위하여 진로구성이론에 입각하여 강좌 개발을 위한 설계원리를 도출하고, 디자인씽킹 방법론을 적용하여 콘텐츠를 구성하였다. 전문가 검토를 통해 설계 원리 및 콘텐츠의 타당성을 확보하고 수정·보완하였으며, 최종적으로 개발된 MOOC 콘텐츠를 2019년 1학기에 개설하였다. MOOC 강좌에 참여한 학습자들의 학습경험을 분석하기 위하여 설문 및 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 학습자 경험 분석 결과, 학습자들은 자신을 탐구하고 이해하는 ‘자기탐색 단계’에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 학습자들은 게시판 등을 이용해 다른 학습자의 과제 결과를 공유하고 상호작용할 수 있었던 부분에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 본 연구를 통해 MOOC라는 온라인 강좌를 통한 진로교육의 가능성과 기대효과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 이는 향후 성인 대상의 진로교육, 변화하고 있는 사회 동향을 고려한 대안적 진로교육 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to derive the design and development strategy for the development of career education courses based on MOOC, and to analyze the learning experiences of learners after development and operation. To this end, based on career construction theory, the design principles for course development were derived, and the contents were organized by applying the design thinking methodology. We developed a final course after validating through expert review and applied it in the first semester of 2019. Surveys and interviews were conducted to analyze the learning experiences of learners who participated in MOOC courses. As a result of the learner's experience analysis, learners were highly satisfied with the 'self-exploration' stage in which they understand themselves. In addition, learners were positively aware of the areas where they could share and interact with the results of other learners' tasks using bulletin boards. This study confirmed the possibility and expected effect of career education through online course called MOOC, which can be used as an alternative career education model that considers career education for adults and changing social trends.
