| Summary: | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to summarize and analyze the basic data of multi-household unit in apartment housing. Method: The basic data has been sold or constructed after it has been institutionalized. It has been applied to 50 plans of 40 housing complexes in the metropolitan area since 2001. The data collection was carried out through the internet for pre-sale catalogs, papers, and literature data, and the basic data were collected using Excel. The basic analysis is about the number and the ratio of the units, the number of the applied blocks and the number of lines, the area of the exclusive unit and the area of the rental unit, and the ratio of the units. Result : The average number of applied units is 12%, the number of blocks is about 3.25, and the number of lines is about 3.4 lines. The unit area is the highest frequency of 85㎡, and the frequency of 102-135㎡ is also high. The average area of the lease unit is about 25.15㎡. Multi-household unit were analyzed to be the most planned type with separate entrance type (90%), separate interior space type (70%), 2LDK (55%) and one room type (60%). The cases of the household division type showed an increasing tendency, and the lease unit area ratio became smaller. The multi-household units are steadily increasing after the guidelines and regulations were published in 2011. The applied number of households is also increasing. Regarding the ratio of the number of households, no more than the existing 100% household division units are built due to the 1/3 ratio regulation. The construction trend is evolving into the direction that ensures the residents’ privacy and living standards such as entrance separation and internal space connection. This study contributes to the analysis on the change pattern from the diachronic perspective by analyzing the total number of multi-household units. This study is also novel because it analyzes the relationship with the changes in the guidelines and regulations. KCI Citation Count: 0 |
