『목민심서』와 초등사회과 리더십 교육

제4차 산업혁명의 진행과 함께 사회구조는 매우 급속한 속도로 변화하고 있다. 사회의 어떤 영역보다도 가장 많은 변화가 예상되는 것은 바로 교육현장이다. 변화할 사회구조 하에서 삶을 영위해야할 미래 세대의 교육은 혁신을 필요로 한다. 그런 의미에서 볼 때, 어떤 교육목표와 교육방법이 우선되어야 할지에 대해서 다각적인 논의를 전개하는 것은 매우 시의적절하다. 인류가 맞이하고 있는 제4차 산업혁명은 기술의 혁신으로 인해 공동체적인 삶이 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 공동체의 구성원으로서 어떻게 살아야 할 것인가에 대한 교육은 오늘날 중요한 목표라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 교육적 상황을 인식하면서, 공동체의 구성원으로서 리더십 교육의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다. 이 논문은 『목민심서』에서 초등사회과 리더십 교육을 위한 지혜를 모색하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해서, 먼저 현행 초등사회과 리더십 교육에 대해서 살펴볼 것이다. 다음으로 『목민심서』에서 발견할 수 있는 리더십에 대한 지혜를 분석해 볼 것이다. 마지막으로 이러한 리더십 교육이 가지는 의미에 대해서 논의해 보고자 한다. The social structure is very rapidly changing by the progress of the fourth industrial revolution. We can expect that the most changes will be arise in the education area. The current students will live the changed society. Therefore, the innovation of education needs hurry. In this sense, to discuss the new goal and methods of education is very important. Communal living in the new society caused by the fourth industrial revolution is an important point of discussion. Therefore, education of how they live as a communal member becomes more significant. Considering these new educational situations, we will discuss the leadership education as a communal member. In this paper, we will look for the wisdoms for the leadership education of social affairs division in the elementary school in Public Servant Ethic. Next, we will explore the wisdoms for the leadership in Public Servant Ethic. Finally, we will discuss the meaning of the leadership education. KCI Citation Count: 2
