간호사의 심폐소생술 경험: 질적연구 중심의 통합적 문헌 고찰

연구 목적: 본 연구는 심폐소생술을 경험한 간호사들을 대상으로 한 질적연구의 분석, 평가를 통해 간호사들의 심폐소생술에 대한 인식 및 그들의 긍정적인 경험과, 어려움을 겪는 부분을 파악하고, 깊이 있는 이해를 기반으로 보다 효율적인 대처방안을 마련하는데 기초를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 병원 내에서 이루어진 심폐소생술을 경험한 간호사 대상의 질적연구들에 대해 Whittemore와 Knafl(2005)의 통합적 문헌 고찰 방법을 적용하였다. 문헌검색 범위는 제한을 두지 않았으며 23년 03월 27일 검색을 진행하였다. 국내 문헌의 경우 KOREAMed, KMBASE, RISS 등의 데이터베이스를 활용하였고, 국외 문헌은 PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, COCHRANE을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 선정된 9편의 문헌을 통해 "간호사의 심폐소생술 인식", "심폐 소생술 과정에서 간호사의 긍정적 경험", "심폐소생술을 더 힘들게 하는 장벽", "효과적인 심폐소생술을 위한 대처방안" 4가지 핵심 주제가 도출되었다. 결론: 심폐소생술에 대한 간호사의 긍정적 강화를 위해 개별 병원의 의료 환경에 대한 충분한 고려와 함께 효과적인 대처를 위해 실제 상황을 반영한 교육 프로그램 및 디브리핑을 위한 지침 마련이 필요하다. 후속 연구에서는 문화적 요인과 간호사의 근무 부서에 따른 심폐소생술 경험을 비교 분석하여 개선이 필요한 영역에 대한 추가적인 분석이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: This study analyzed and evaluated qualitative studies of nurses' experiences with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to understand their awareness and develop effective strategies. Methods: This study used an integrated literature review method developed by Whittemore and Knafl (2005). The scope of the literature search was broad and encompassed qualitative research exploring the experiences of nurses involved in CPR in hospitals. This search was conducted on March 27, 2023. For domestic literature, databases such as KOREAMed, KMBASE, and RISS were used, while foreign literature was sourced from PubMed, EMBASE, CINAHL, and COCHRANE databases. Results: After careful analysis, nine relevant literature pieces were selected, leading to the derivation of four key themes: “Perception of CPR,” “Positive Experiences during CPR,” “Barriers Impacting CPR Execution,” and “Strategies for Enhancing CPR Effectiveness.” Conclusion: To positively reinforce the CPR experiences of nurses, it is necessary to establish educational programs and debriefings that reflect situations for effective coping with sufficient consideration of the medical environment of individual hospitals. Future research should consider comparative analyses of nurses' CPR experiences based on cultural factors and their respective working departments to identify areas for improvement.
