농촌마을지도자의 리더역량과 주민 간 갈등관리 및 농촌마을 사업성과 간의 구조적 관계

Farm village business performance may be influenced by village leader's leadership and conflict management between villagers, so the objective of this study is to analyze the relationships among farm village leader's leadership, conflict management between villagers and farm village business performance. The questionnaire was performed for 376 villagers in Jeollabuk-do Province. The collected data was analyzed by structural equation model and Sobel test. The result shows that farm village leader's leadership such as human-relationship ability, management ability, communication skills, and industrial knowledge ability have statistically significant positive effects on the conflict management between villagers. The conflict management between villagers also showed a statistically significant positive effects on the social and economic performance. The farm village leader's leadership such as human-relationship ability, sensibility·awareness ability, management ability, communication skills, industrial knowledge ability showed no statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance. But, they showed a statistically significant effects on the farm village business performance in indirect manner with the mediating effect of the conflict management between villagers. It is worthwhile that in this study, the effect of village leader's leadership on the conflict management between villagers and farm village business performance was verified, and then, it is meaningful to present the role and importance of farm village leader's leadership. 농촌마을의 사업성과는 정부의 지원외에도 농촌마을지도자의 리더역량과 주민 간 갈등관리에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌마을지도자의 리더역량과 주민 간 갈등관리 및 농촌마을 사업성과간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것에 목적을 두었으며, 이를 위해 농촌마을사업을 받고 있는 전라북도 농촌마을주민 376명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 구조방정식모형분석과 Sobel-test를 통해 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 농촌지도자의 인간관계 역량, 관리 역량, 의사소통 역량, 산업지식 역량이 주민 간 갈등관리자산에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 그리고 주민 간 갈등관리는 농촌마을 사업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 또한, 농촌지도자의 인간관계 역량, 감성·인지 역량, 관리 역량, 의사소통 역량, 산업지식 역량 모두 농촌마을 사업성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 주민 간 갈등관리를 매개로 하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 농촌마을 지역개발전략에 있어서, 농촌마을지도자의 리더역량을 적용함으로써, 주민 간 갈등관리 및 농촌마을 사업성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하였고, 농촌마을지도자의 리더역량의 역할 및 중요성을 제시하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
