정신장애인의 회복에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 가족탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to analyze empirically influential factors related to the recovery of people with a mental disorder and also the moderating effects of family resilience. For this purpose, the investigator developed a research model that took into consideration both the positive and negative elements of individual and social factors based on the ecological, psychological, social, and ecosystem perspectives in previous studies and checked their causal effects and the moderating effects of family resilience in statistical significance. The subjects include 112 clients at an institution for people with a mental disorder. Data was collected with an interview based on a structured questionnaire. Collected data was put to the multiple regression analysis. The analysis results show that there was statistical significance in self-esteem, social stigma, and social support excluding symptoms and that the moderating effects of family resilience had positive(+) synergistic effects only on self-esteem and social support. Based on these results, the study made proposals about practice strategies including the establishment of internal and external support systems to make an effective approach to recovery and the systemization of family resilience and supportive strategies to promote the smooth recovery of people with a mental disorder through the reinforcement of programs related to the confirmed positive elements of self-esteem and social support. 본 연구는 정신장애인의 회복과 관련한 영향요인과 가족탄력성의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 생 심리 사회관점과 생태체계관점을 토대로, 선행연구를 통해 개인적 사회적 요인의 긍정적 부정적 요소를 모두 고려한 연구모형을 구축하고, 이들 요인들의 인과적 효과와 함께 가족탄력성의 조절효과에 대해 통계적 유의미성을 확인하였다. 조사대상은 정신장애인 관련기관 이용자 112명으로, 자료수집방법은 구조화된 설문지를 통한 면접조사로 이루어졌으며, 분석방법은 다중회귀분석을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 증상을 제외한 자아존중감과 사회적 낙인, 사회적 지지 모두 통계적 유의미성이 확인되었고 가족탄력성의 조절효과는 정(+)적으로 자아존중감과 사회적 지지에만 상승효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 효과적 회복접근을 위해 내 외적 지지체계 구축 및 가족탄력성의 체계화를 실천전략으로, 확인된 자아존중감과 사회적 지지의 긍정적 요소와 관련된 프로그램 강화를 통해 정신장애인의 순적한 회복지원을 위한 전략들에 대해 제언하였다.
