이용자 대응 관리 개념을 도입한 도시하천 수변공간의 활용 방향 분석 - 경기도 성남시 분당구 운중천 일대를 중심으로

본 연구는 이용자 대응 관리 개념을 도입하여 도시하천 수변공간의 효율적인 활용 방안을 제안한다. 하천은 생태적 가치와 여가활동의 중요한 공간으로, 이를 유지 및 관리하기 위해서는 이용자의 다양한 요구와 행태를 지속적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이용자의 요구를 반영한 관리 방안을 모색하기 위해 선행연구 분석과 심층 인터뷰를 통해 접근성, 심미성, 자연성, 안전성, 커뮤니티의 5가지 핵심 관리지표를 도출하고 이용자의 요구와 행동패턴을 파악했다. 또한, 이용행태를 분류하여 대상지에 대한 구간별 관리 방안과 이용자 적응형 관리 개념을 적용하여 도시하천 수변공간의 활용방안을 개선하기 위한 실천 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구는 이용자 중심의 접근을 통해 도시하천 수변공간을 관리하기 위한 데이터를 제공하며 해당 공간의 개선과 활용을 위한 자료가 될 것이다. This study proposes an efficient utilization of urban river spaces by introducing the concept of User-adaptive management. As a significant space for ecological value and recreational activities, it is necessary to continuously consider users’ diverse needs and behaviors to maintain and manage such spaces. To discover a management plan that reflects the needs of the users, this study derived five core management indicators of accessibility, aesthetics, naturalness, safety and stability, and community through the analysis of previous studies and in-depth interviews to identify the needs and behavior patterns of the users. In addition, by classifying the users' usage behavior, this study proposed a sectional management plan for the target site and a practical plan to improve the utilization of urban river waterfront space by applying the concept of user-adaptive management. This study provides essential data on managing urban river waterfront spaces through a user-oriented approach. It will serve as a critical reference for improving and utilizing waterfront spaces.
