일부 지역 방사선학과 학생들의 방사선안전관리에 관한 지식, 행위 및 인식도 연구

본 연구는 방사선학과 학생들의 방사선안전관리에 대한 지식, 행위 및 인식도를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 방사선안전관리 교육 개선의 과학적인 근거와 효율적인 방법을 제공하데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 일부 지역 방사선학과 학생 275명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2024년 12월 6일부터 12월20일까지 15일간이었다. 총 275부의 설문지를 배포하여 답변이 부적합한 14부를 제외하고 총 261부를 회수하여 연구 자료로 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 방사선안전관리에 대한 지식수준의 평균 점수는 6.56±1.95점으로 나타나 대상 학생들의 지식수준이 중간 정도에 해당하는 것으로 평가되었으며, 행위수준의 평균 점수는 36.2±10.57점으로 백분율 환산 점수는 80.4점이었고, 방사선안전관리에 대한 인식도의 평균 점수는 28.2±6.51점으로 백분율 환산 점수는 80.7점으로 나타났다. 지식수준, 행위수준 및 인식수준 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았으며, 이는 단순히 지식이 높다고 해서 실천이나 인식으로 연결되지 않는다는 점을 보여준다. 결론적으로, 방사선학과 학생들의 방사선안전에 대한 지식, 행위, 인식도의 향상과 이들 간의 연결성을 높이기 위해서는 보다 실용적이고 경험 중심의 교육이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the knowledge, behavior, and awareness of radiation safety management among students in the Department of Radiology and to provide scientific basis and efficient methods for improving radiation safety management education. The subjects of the study were 275 students of radiology in some areas. The data collection period was 15 days from December 6 to December 20, 2024. A total of 275 questionnaires were distributed, 14 of which had inappropriate responses were excluded, and a total of 261 questionnaires were collected and used as research data. The research results showed that the average score for knowledge level on radiation safety management was 6.56±1.95, indicating that the knowledge level of the target students was at an intermediate level. The average score of the behavior level was 36.2±10.57 points, and the converted percentage score was 80.4 points. The average score of the awareness of radiation safety management was 28.2±6.51 points, and the converted percentage score was 80.7 points. There was no statistically significant correlation between knowledge level, behavior level, and awareness level. In conclusion, more practical and experience-oriented education is needed to improve the knowledge, behavior, and awareness of radiation safety among radiology students and to increase the connectivity among them.
